Text messages
Texts about your own jobs, only if you want them.
Ozeret can text you when somebody answers your listing, when a home invites or books you, and when a visit is cancelled. It is optional, it is off until you turn it on, and you can stop it any time by replying STOP.

How you agree
Nobody gets these texts without choosing them. There are three places to say yes, and each is something you do yourself. The box is never ticked for you, and saying no changes nothing else about Ozeret.

The wording, in full: “Text me when someone answers my listing or books me. Optional. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.” With links to the Terms and Privacy.
What we send
Only texts about your own activity on Ozeret, and only when a notification in the app could not reach you:
- For a home: somebody is available for your listing, or answers your invitation, or cancels a visit.
- For a housekeeper: a home invites you to a job, books you, or cancels a visit.
Never advertising. Never late at night, and never on Shabbat or Jewish holidays. An example:
Ozeret: Maria is available. For Friday, Oct 23 at 9am. Tap to see them and book. https://ozeret.app/requests
The first text after you agree confirms it: “Ozeret: You will get texts about your own listings and jobs. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.”
How often, and what it costs
Message frequency varies with what happens on your listings and jobs, usually a few a week at most. Ozeret does not charge for texts. Message and data rates from your phone plan may apply.
Stopping, starting, help
- Reply STOP to any Ozeret text and they stop. You get one message confirming it.
- Reply START to turn them back on.
- Reply HELP, or write to hello@ozeret.app.
- Or use the switch in Settings at any time.
Your phone number and your agreement to texts are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing. The full details are in the Terms and the Privacy page. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
